Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA) - Team Building with EML - what did it entail?

Posted by Neil Cleaver on 18/12/18 21:44

We were thrilled to be asked by ROSPA to design and deliver a bespoke, accident prevention inspired team build at their characterful head office in Central Birmingham.

First step was a meeting to understand the unique requirements of a charity with such a long and illustrious history. The team build needed to be fun, inclusive and ideally incorporate a theme of accident prevention to align with their key messages.

ROSPA wanted to use their Georgian head office as the location so our team were able to assess the building and ascertain the best blend of activities to make best use of this unique space.

We suggested a variation of our Detective School activity, adapted with a focus on investigating and having fun with accident prevention. The activity blended with humour with custom written activities to satisfy the client's brief.

Some of the business focused team building modules identified a need for more structured, formal training and subsequently our Skills Team was able to build on ROSPA's initial team building investment.

Our feedback was great:
